Enabling Passive FTP in MSIE for DesktopECHO File Transfer

Users of the DesktopECHO Connector require Passive Mode FTP to be enabled
for the "File Transfer" option to operate correctly.

On some computers, this option needs to be set in Microsoft Internet Explorer to
allow correct operation of the FTP "Explorer" view.

The presentation below illustrates how to enable this option in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

• Right-click the Internet Explorer Icon, click Preferences
• Click on the "Advanced" Tab
• Scroll down to the "Use Passive FTP" option, Insure there is a checkmark in the box
• Click OK

        The "File Transfer" option on the DesktopECHO Connector will now work as expected.
